22-23 Sport & Fitness Academy 

Welcome to our Sport and Fitness Academy! In our Fitness club you will have the opportunity to work with a client, assess their health and lifestyle with a number of health and physical fitness tests, and find out what it takes to be a Fitness Instructor.

Once you have assessed the client, you will analyse the data and begin to plan and deliver a number of effective personal training sessions specific to the client’s needs. You will then test the clients again to determine how successful their training programmes were.

This is a great club for anyone who is looking to study on our Sport courses, and is a great taster for anyone who wishes to develop their knowledge and skills in Fitness.
